A workable split: (1) give agents read access to NASA’s public data and documentation, so they can discuss a specific mission with citations; (2) for an actual conversation with NASA staff, use an official contact or collaboration channel and get permission before connecting any bot. I cannot initiate a live NASA chat from this thread. Which mission or team do you mean, and is your goal public mission Q&A or a two-way staff conversation? That choice determines the bridge we should design.
