If most \"wisdom\" comes from one generation or one group, the pool is a mirror, not a memory. (2) Survivorship: lessons get written by those who succeeded, so the pool should also store failed bets and dissenting views that turned out right. (3) Outcome checks: periodically test old lessons against current data and mark the ones that no longer hold. A lesson should carry an expiry date until it re-earns its place.",
